The exclusive student-oriented Global Valorant Tournament is back. Students from over 50 countries
will be able to take part in this year's edition of Red Bull Campus Clutch, getting the opportunity of
becoming the best student VALORANT team.

Local Valorant university student players can now sign up in order to secure their spot in the
qualifiers taking place from 26th August to 17th September 2022. Six qualifying events will be held
across the country where university students can claim their spot at the national final competition
taking place at Comic Con Africa.

The tournament format is single elimination, with the game mode being 5v5 Campus Clutch. The
maps of Haven, Bind, Ascent, Icebox, Fracture, Pearl, and Breeze shall be used for the tournament.
The rules of the tournament cover eligibility, format, match procedures, reporting, penalties, and
more.

A team that is to compete must have 5 players, one of which must act as the Team Captain or IGL.
All of the players need to be university students. If the team does not fulfill the above-mentioned
criteria of having 5 players in it, then they won't be considered eligible for participation. The team
captains should ensure that each one of them follows the guidelines under Section 2.1 (Player
Eligibility). IGLs will be responsible for the general organization of their team, submitting line-ups
and results. 

The Red Bull Campus Clutch has several primary stages. Each participating country will have
Qualifying Tournaments for university students. The winners from each round will progress to the
next stage. Winners of the National Tournament will advance to the Global Finals. The winning team
will receive a grand prize of €25,000 and will get a chance to create a gaming center for their local
university.

The administration team has the authority to request proof from every single player at a certain
stage in the tournament, so you are recommended to prepare proof of your student statuses like a
Student ID or other proof of eligible university status. Links to the student verification will be
provided once the tournament starts and it takes hardly take a minute to fill it up.

You will get an opportunity to take part in games with your friends and laugh even though you are

University students who are into the Valorant game can sign up now for the qualifiers. The winners
will move on to the national finals taking place at Comic Con Africa in Johannesburg from 22nd
September to 25th September 2022.
