MultiVersus is a free-to-play crossover fighting game developed by Player First Games where
players can engage in combat on various stages and try to push their enemies outside the
arena's walls. The first season of this platform fighter game is finally getting released on August
15, after the August 9th release date was delayed.

MultiVersus launched its public beta on July 26yh and has seen incredible success in a short
span of time. As of now, it is confirmed officially that Morty will be launched on August 23 from
the animated series ‘Rick and Morty’. According to the official tweet, an all-new battle pass with
amazing rewards for players to earn will be released in Season 1 of Multiverse. Although the
pass's content hasn't been made public yet, players can expect new cosmetics, variant outfits,
banners, and symbols to be included in the pass.

In earlier announcements, the release of ‘Classic Arcade Mode’ was teased alongside the new
‘Ranked Mode’ in the upcoming season 1 of the game. It also revealed new characters making
their way into the game.

The tweet also informed “Everything we are bringing to you in Season 1 will not drop on the
same day. New modes and content will be spread through the life of the Season. We'll continue
to share dates on all the fun things to come.”

In addition to the new characters, Player First has disclosed that the Season 1 snapshot
contains new cosmetics, with different versions of Lebron James and Bugs Bunny scheduled for
in-game release. Fans of the MultiVersus who have previously enjoyed the public beta can’t
wait for its S1 to release with brand new modes, characters, and features.
