As per the recent announcement, Microsoft has come up with a plan exclusively for the regions
of Ireland and Colombia with the Xbox Game Pass. This would enable access to the Game
Pass library and service for four users on four different accounts for the price of one
subscription. This makes it even simpler to play the finest Game Pass games with friends and
family across console, PC, and cloud.

With the Xbox Game Pass Insider Preview, Microsoft is experimenting with a new membership
option that allows users from Ireland and Colombia to add up to four individuals to a family
subscription. “We’re always looking for ways to deliver experiences that offer players more
choice and value in how they discover and experience games with their community. Starting
today in Colombia and Ireland, Xbox Insiders can begin to preview a plan that allows multiple
people to share Game Pass Ultimate benefits,” said Tyler Mittleider, Microsoft’s senior technical
program officer.

Users opting for the plan for the ‘Xbox Game Pass Insider Preview’ must be aware of the
participation guidelines. To share the membership with others, the sole requirement is that each
user must reside in the same nation. By signing up for the Game Pass Insider Preview, users
can convert the time left on their current subscription to time under the new plan, based on the
cost of the previous membership. Members of the invited group are not eligible for conversion.
Additionally, the group member can terminate their current subscription or wait for it to expire
before joining the group. Invited friends and family only need to create a new Microsoft account
and sign in with it in order to take part if they don't already have one.
