With the arrival of eFootball 2022, Konami's new football simulator, a two-decade stage is left behind and another under a free-to-play business model, new content on a regular basis, cross-play, and a game-as-a-service philosophy, the battle between Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) and FIFA 22 changes protagonists this season.
